I’m writing a book. And you can help.

I’m writing a book, and your voice could be part of it.

It's about the messy, rushed, and often unethical way companies are implementing AI, often without a plan, without training, and sometimes without honesty.

We've seen layoffs blamed on automation, teams left in the dark, and leadership praising tools that weren't ready (or, in some cases not even AI to begin with *cough*builder.ai*cough*).

Now I want to hear from you, and everyone else that's in this vat of chaos called AI implementation hell.

If you've worked somewhere that has or is trying to "AI everything", including the people, whether it went well or led to thousands losing their jobs, please consider taking my anonymous survey.

Your stories and insights will help expose how rushed innovation is breaking more than it's fixing. Or, maybe I'll be surprised and find quite the opposite. That's why I need your responses.

I'll be publishing anonymized findings in the book, because I want to take a data-first approach in this endeavor. Selected responses may also shape chapter themes or real-world case studies that I include. (Don't worry, I still ask for your consent on this.) I'm doing a lot of research on my end, but I would love to take a hard and fast look at the people who are really impacted the most.

And, please, I know a lot of you are out of work BECAUSE of this AI-first movement. I need your responses most of all, because you've been directly affected. If you personally haven't, you probably know someone who has, so forward this on to them, if you would.

Thank you in advance. I can't wait to share what comes out of this. :)
